1) Data we collect

When you use the app, we process the following information:

Profile information (health data):

• name or nickname

• age

• weight

• height

• gender

Activity information (fitness data):

• runs/sessions (sport, start/end time, duration, calories burned)

• optional foods consumed linked to a session

Technical/account information:

• anonymous Firebase user ID (UID) used to create and access your account

We do not collect your email address or phone number unless you send it to us directly (e.g., via support).

2) How we use your data (purpose & legal basis)

We use your data only to operate the app and provide its core features (e.g., show your runs, compute calorie estimates, keep your history in sync).

• Legal basis (GDPR): performance of a contract (providing the service you requested). For strictly necessary security and reliability measures, we may rely on legitimate interests.

We do not use your data for advertising, cross-app tracking, or profiling for marketing.

3) Where data is processed & service providers

Your data is stored in our backend and synced to your device. We use Firebase (Google) as our processor for authentication and data storage. Firebase may process data in the EU and/or other regions. When data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are applied by our providers.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties except our service providers acting on our instructions to run the app.

4) Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account exists or as needed to provide the app. If your account is deleted or inactive for an extended period, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable time.

5) Your choices & rights

In the app you can:

• view your profile and runs

• delete your data

Under the GDPR (where applicable), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. We may need to verify your request.

6) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (e.g., secure authentication, restricted access). No method is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

7) Children

The app is not directed to children under the age where consent requires parental authorization in your country. If you believe we have collected data from a child by mistake, contact us and we will delete it.

8) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the app and/or on this page. Please review it periodically.
